This elephant measures approximately 9’’ long x 8.5’’ wide, when sitting down

The ears are personalized using high quality vinyl and pressed with a commercial heat press. If you have a sample design for us to use please email it to us at arkkreationsdesigns@gmail.com, if not, we will select a design and font for you. 

The design will be white with whatever other color you choose during checkout, please include that in the notes section and we will match the vinyl color you choose with a ribbon as well to add an extra touch

Please note that these elephants are not intended for play

If there is a specific date that you need the order by, please put that information in the notes to seller section during checkout and a Rush Fee will be added.

USPS does experience rerouting and delays from time to time. ARK Kreations Designs is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

RETURN POLICY
If you want to exchange your item, you are required to ship the item back and pay for the shipping charge for us to send you the replacement. We will only exchange an item if there is an error on our end. We do not offer refunds but we will gladly issue a store credit if an error occurs in our shop. We will not accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders or undergarments.
